Deposits need to be paid within 24 hours of booking.

 

Cash/ card payments are accepted upon arrival before your treatment can commence.

 

If you or anybody you live with shows symptoms of covid please do not come to your appointment.

 

You can cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead of your appointment otherwise you will be charged the entire fee of your service for late cancellation/ being a no show.

 

You will lose your deposit if you fail to attend your appointment.

 

No walk-ins are available, appointment based only.

Lateness

10 minutes late, there is a £10 charge

15 minutes late, there is a £15 charge

 

Later than 15 minute, unfortunately your slot will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

Makeup Bookings

Service must be chosen according to the occasion, brides are subjected to bridal service only whether requesting a soft or intense look.

• For Professional Bridal Base; when a soft look is requested, the base will still require layering of products to ensure the longevity of the makeup look, this may feel heavy to those who do not wear makeup regularly.

• Longevity of 6+ Hours

• For all skin types & conditions, including Vitiligo, Acne, Eczema, and Scars. 

• All shade ranges from fair to deep skin

• A show-stopping glamorous look, in a one-hour session of professional make-up application

Refunds of makeup booking are not provided after completion of the makeup booking where Ellece has arrived at the location and provided full services mentioned above. Refunds are not eligible upon skin reactions or where satisfaction is not met. 
Bridal trials will be with the make-up artist you will have on the day of your wedding to discuss and trial different looks for guaranteed perfection on the big day. Please ensure you send over images or even a mood board to show the looks you like.

Courses of treatments

All treatments purchased as a course, times MUST be adhered to,  must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatments must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.
 
Please note that treatment exchanges are available upon discretion

 

Payments

 

If you have paid for a course of treatments and are subsequently unable to complete the course, we will offer you a refund, calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatments, and return the difference to you. (Note: treatments or courses that have been bought with discounts will be calculated based on full list price per course and per treatment). Claims for refunds after treatments will not be entertained under any circumstances.
 
Purchased products are non-refundable. However, Ellece may agree to exchange the product (unopened/original packaging) for another product of the same value.
 
Please note we do not tolerate any type of receipt fraud.
