What type of information do you collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. when you leave a review on our website we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. our personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. When visiting our website if you are logged into google we may track what type of visitors are looking at our site or location so we can better client experience whilst on our site. 

Why do you collect such personal information?
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
1.    To provide and operate the Services;
2.    To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
3.    To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Ellece will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
 
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Ellece with all relevant medical details prior to
each treatment. Ellece will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose
such details.
 
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Ellece regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit liability for death or any personal injury resulting from negligence.

Your right to complain
Ellece endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Ellece, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Ellece will be pleased to help.
 
The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the Clinic Manager or their designated deputy, and you will receive a letter within two days of lodging the complaint that an investigation into the matter is under way. Legal Advice will be sought by Ellece, as and where deemed necessary.
