If you want to book in please click the book now button on our website and it will direct you onto our Fresha booking system. Did you know we're open 24/7? This is so we can cater to everyone. However, slots between 7 pm- 9am are £25 extra.
Ellece requires a £20 deposit unless you're booking through a pay later method then please get in contact with us for Ellece to book you in and send the link for pay later methods. You’ll need to ensure you secure your booking by adding your card details onto the booking system.

Unfortunately, if you cannot see any available appointments on our booking system this will mean Ellece is fully booked however you can be put on a waiting list if you want to get the first available appointments or be updated on any cancellations. please book sessions in advance or you may not get your desired slot.
Yes, you sure can. please let us know 48 hours in advance if you need to rearrange. We understand life can get busy 6 months from your initial appointment. do not worry you will get a reminder email via text and email letting you know when your next appointment is.
No please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell and reschedule 48 hours before to avoid any late cancellation fees.
Ellece covers East London and surrounding areas. The travel fee will depend on the total distance from e17 8ry. travel fees are added when booking through our booking system.
Yes, we sure do, you can pay this in cash or card payment before Ellece leaves.
Just like you, Ellece is also required to cancel the appointment if she or any member of the household contracts covid-19 or has done in the last 7 days. unfortunately, we cannot guarantee replacements but we will try our best to do so if you cannot wait for another appointment day to be given. please do not abuse our covid cancellation policy. if you need to cancel for any other reason our cancellation policy still stands. Ellece may ask for proof of a positive lateral flow test or PCR and if this cannot be given when you cancel then you will need to be aware of our fees.
Due to the nature of your treatment and the space of the clinic room, we cannot accept anybody else in the room.
